Experience

In my 15 years as a computer artist, my clientele has evolved from friends and family to nationwide, branded companies. I've done work for companies like Nike, Microsoft and Coca-Cola to name just a few. My personal preference is to work with small companies, giving them access to the same high-quality design as their mega-corporation competitors.

While working on my Bachelor's of Science from University of Oregon, I worked with Chambers Productions in Eugene, where I learned a lot about designing for television. After graduation, I moved up to Seattle where I first worked for a print shop and later a barcode company. I was fortunate to learn about the expansive range of details in designing for press. I'm experienced in everything from creating designs for print, pre-press, the press process, and finishing. This is where I received the most exposure to some of the world's most successful companies. I designed labels for Nordstroms, Kronos, and Tommy Bahama. Coca-Cola asked for me by name when it came time to design their "Thank You" cards. My reputation is very important to me, so I will work as hard as I can to deliver as promised.

In 2003, I left the corporate world to start my own business, Artistry & Programming. My clientele consists mostly of small, local businesses who want functional web sites but are tentative about the expenditure. My manner is such that I can hold their hands and walk them through each step of the process, assuring them that I will stay on budget and on time for each task along the way. Through these loyal and appreciative clients, I have had the opportunity to experiment with animation, photography and web commerce.
